Question 1: Do you deliver all across Lahore and Islamabad/Rawalpindi?

Answer: Yes, we deliver our fresh flowers all across Lahore and Islamabad/Rawalpindi. 

Question 2: Do you people deliver to other cities too?

Answer: Sorry, we do not deliver flowers to other cities, as they are fragile and can wilt while traveling to other cities. Hopefully, we will soon expand our brand to other cities.

Question 3: Where are your office/shops located? 

Answer: Our warehouse is located at  229-A3, Gulberg III, Lahore, 54660, Pakistan. Our flagship Lahore store is located at Shell Select, Shami Road, Cantt. our Islamabad warehouse is located at 25 C, Ibn-e-Sina Rd, G-10/3, Islamabad, 44000, Pakistan

 

Question 4: Do you offer a same-day delivery option?

Answer: Yes, we offer the same-day delivery option if you order between 10 am and 7 pm.

 

Question 5: How long does it take you to deliver an order if we opt for the same-day delivery option? 

Answer: We take our last orders by 7 pm and recommend placing an order at least four hours before the required delivery :)

Question 6: Can I pick my order from your warehouse/shop whenever it’s ready?

Answer: Yes, you can visit our warehouse/shop to pick up your order. We will inform you upon completion of your order.

Question 8: How late do you deliver the orders?

Answer: We deliver orders till 11 am. 

Question 10: What payment methods are accepted? 

Answer: We accept COD, Bank Transfers, Easypaisa, and Credit cards.
